I’m no huge fan of Reason, I have used it some in the past and haven’t even bothered installing it on my newest computers. I understand it’s powers and all that, I have just never really felt like I needed it. However, even I have got to admit that this upcoming version of Reason 4 looks pretty cool. Seems like they have done a lot of work with this one.

Thanks for the comments and emails. I finally decided...Live is the only DAW I use, ever! But it really doesnt matter that these...I use Ableton Live for this sort of thing. Anyone else a Live fan?...35 years, and the best they can do is upgrade the wiring, put better LEDs...read more

I used to use reason before Ableton, and I will always have fond memories for it, but even with this new synth (that sounds great) I dont think it's going to tempt me to come back.
